This is the mantra and belief that JeNae Johnson operates as the founder and CEO of CTM Unlimited, a human capital consulting firm that specializes in change implementation, strategic employee engagement, and leadership development. CTM Unlimited is an equity-first firm, with a focus on building systems that allow every employee to thrive–regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other diversity dimension.
Leveraging her extensive knowledge of behavior change, JeNae and her team employ tried-and-true methodologies and strategies to assist companies in building equitable working environments.
